Why David Blaine?
David is one of my favorite magicians. I have always liked David's style of performing and the "mysteriousness" in his character. He might not be the most skillful magician in the world, but certainly one of the best known. I'm a big fan of magic and magicians generally, and when I found out that David's fanlisting was available, I decided to take the job.

What is "The Mysterious Stranger"?
It is the title of David's book, published in 2002. "Mysterious Stranger: A Book of Magic" is partly an autobiography and partly about the history of magic. It also announced a $100,000 treasure hunt, a puzzle to be solved from the hints in the book.
